How to Initiate an RSCI Assessment in RBA Online

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Log into RBA Online

Navigate to RSCI Assessments

  • On the left navigation menu, find and click on RSCI.
  • Select My Assessments from the dropdown menu.

Initiate an RSCI Assessment

  • Click on "Initiate RSCI Assessment".
  • The company name will automatically be appended to the form.
  • Enter the facility name for which you want to initiate an assessment. If no facility appears in the dropdown list, an RSCI Facility needs to be added to the RBA Platform. Refer to the Facility RSCI How-To article for guidance.
  • Enter the audit type (Initial Audit).
  • Select the auditee POC (Point of Contact).
  • Add Auditee CC (these individuals will automatically be notified of the progress of this audit).
  • Include the preferred audit date.
  • Select whether the auditee would like to choose the winning bid.
  • Complete the scoping information section.

Enter Customer Information

  • Move to the Customer Information tab and enter:
    • The customer requestor's name.
    • Include other customers that should receive automated alerts related to this audit.
    • Enter payment details (select who will pay for the assessment: auditee, requesting company, or someone else).

Complete the Process

  • Click on "Initiate" to finalize the initiation of the RSCI Assessment.
