How to Obtain Access to Your Supplier's RSCI Assessment

If you're a customer of a supplier who has undergone a Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Validated Assessment, you may want to review their RSCI Audit. 

The RSCI Audit is a detailed assessment that evaluates the social responsibility performance of a supplier. To view this assessment, you need to have a Trading Relationship established with the supplier and their trading relationship terms must allow visibility to the facility and audit for you, the customer to have access.

Assuming the prerequisites are completed, you can follow the steps below to obtain access to your supplier's RSCI audit:

Step 1: Log onto RBA Online
First, log onto the RBA Online portal using your credentials. https://www.rba-online.org/portal/sign-on.jsp 

Step 2: Select RSCI > Supplier Assessments
Once you're logged in, select the RSCI tab followed by the Supplier Assessments option.

Step 3: Enter your supplier's name in the search field
Enter your supplier's name in the search field provided to search for their RSCI assessment, then hi enter

Step 4: Click on Options and select the relevant option
After searching for your supplier's name, click on the 'Options' button and select one of the following options:


- Assessment Data: to view and edit the assessment
- Process View: to view the progress of the assessment
- Assessment Tag: to tag the assessment with relevant keywords

 

 

 

By following these simple steps, you will be able to review your supplier's RSCI audit and gain an understanding of their social responsibility performance.
