This guide is designed to assist you in accessing and completing the Responsible Labor Self-Assessment Questionnaire (RLSAQ) on the RBA Online Portal. The RLSAQ is an important component in assessing your facility's compliance with the (RBA) standards.

Accessing the SAQ

Log In to RBA Online Portal:

• Visit the RBA Online Portal. If you've forgotten your login details, please follow the Password Reset Instructions available on the login page.

Navigate to Your RLSAQ:

• Once logged in, find the 'My SAQs' menu on the left navigation bar. Click to expand it and then select 'Facility' to view your SAQs.

Select Your RLSAQ:

• In the listing view, you'll see a list of available SAQs. Locate the most recent one and click on 'Options' to the right, then select 'Edit' to begin.

Completing the RLSAQ

Edit the RLSAQ:

• The SAQ form will open for completion. Start with the 'Risk Questions Tab' to edit the RLSAQ. The form can be completed directly online or offline by selecting 'Download to Excel' at the bottom of the page.

Saving Your Work:

• Online Completion: It's recommended to save your progress every 5 minutes to ensure all new information is stored.
• Offline Completion: If completing the form offline, save the file locally before starting edits. Click 'Ok' to proceed.

Uploading Completed RLSAQ:

• After completing the Excel document, log back into the RBA Online Portal. Navigate to the 'RLSAQ' menu and select 'Upload' to attach the completed form.

Release Your RLSAQ:

• Once the RLSAQ is 100% complete, a 'Release' button will appear at the bottom of the form. Click this to submit the information to your Trading Partners. The survey will then display Control questions, which should be addressed similarly.

Post-Submission

8. Post-Release Actions:
   • After releasing the RLSAQ, you will have options to edit the RLSAQ further or download the report. The status will change to 'Released', and you may initiate a VAP/CMA/AMA assessment for this facility.
