How to View and Access Subsidiary Information in RBA Online
Table of Contents
RBA Online enables parent companies to manage and view information about their subsidiaries once a formal relationship is established in the system. This guide walks you through the steps to access and interact with subsidiary data.
Step 1: Establish a Subsidiary Relationship
Before you can view or manage a subsidiary, a parent-child relationship must be created in RBA Online. This setup is usually handled by RBA support or system administrators. Once established, users with Company Admin rights in the parent company can proceed.

Step 2: Navigate to the Subsidiaries Section
Log in to RBA Online as a Company Admin of the parent company. Go to the Company menu. Select Subsidiaries from the dropdown.
Step 3: Locate the Desired Subsidiary
You can find the subsidiary two ways:
Scroll through the list of subsidiaries.
Use the Search function to locate a specific company by name or ID quickly.
Step 4: Access Subsidiary Data
Once you’ve identified the subsidiary:
Hover over the right side of the subsidiary row.
Click on Options.
Select Switch To.
This action allows you to impersonate the Company Admin of the subsidiary account. You’ll now have access to all data and features available within that subsidiary’s profile, including assessments, users, and documents.
