How to Sign your AA and AECI Documents
The RBA Online Platform will automatically trigger a notification once an Assessment is initiated against your facility. To move forward with the process, you must log in to RBA Online and sign your Auditee Agreement and AECI documents.
You can obtain the signature using two methods available on RBA Online: manual and eSign.
In the manual method, you must download the documents, sign them manually, and then re-upload them to the system. In the eSign method, you can electronically sign the documents using DocuSign.
After logging in to RBA Online, you will find a To-Do list that reminds you to sign the assessment documents for the Smelter.
Click on the audit ID in the To Do, and you will be brought to the Contracting screen where you can choose your signing
If you choose to eSign, then the electronic format of the documents will appear, and you will be prompted for signatures
If you choose to eSign, after you have entered your signatures in the required sections, you will have to select
Finish to submit the signed documents to the RMI team.
If you choose Manual, a modal will appear where you can download the documents by selecting the link next to each document
If you choose Manual, after you have signed the documents you will then upload them in the file uploader. Select Submit to complete the signature. A notification will be sent to the RMI Team
