Overview of the Water Survey

The Water Survey in RBA‑Online is an environmental self‑assessment designed to help facilities evaluate and report on their water management practices. The survey supports transparency around water use, conservation, and risk management, and helps companies identify opportunities to improve water stewardship across their operations.

Purpose of the Water Survey

The Water Survey enables participating facilities to:

• Assess current water use and water‑related risks
• Demonstrate environmental responsibility and water stewardship
• Support customer and stakeholder requests for water‑related data
• Identify improvement opportunities aligned with environmental expectations

Intended Audience

The Water Survey is recommended for:

• Manufacturing sites and facilities with direct water usage
• Suppliers participating in RBA environmental reporting
• Companies seeking to share standardized water data with customers
• Environmental, sustainability, or EHS managers responsible for water management

How to Deploy the Water Survey in RBA‑Online

Follow the steps below to deploy the Water Survey:

1. Log in to RBA‑Online: Access your RBA‑Online account using your credentials.

2. Navigate to My Surveys: From the left‑hand navigation menu, scroll to My Surveys and select Environmental.

3. Deploy the Water Survey

• Click Deploy
• Select the Water Survey
• Click Deploy to launch the survey

Access Survey Results

• Once the survey is completed, results will be available in RBA‑Online
• Results can be viewed directly online or exported as a PDF
• Survey results may also be shared with customers where a trading relationship has been established
