How to Complete the Member Compliance Report

This guide will assist you in completing the Member Compliance Report. RBA Members in the Regular or Full Category are required to submit a report on compliance activities twice a year. Members in the Support or Affiliate Category are not required to complete this report, but they may choose to do so if they wish.

To begin, go to https://www.rba-online.org and navigate to 'Company, Member Compliance'.

The available reports are on the next page. Click on 'Options' and then select 'Edit.'

On the next page, you will see three types of facilities:

1. Member Facilities: These are manufacturing sites owned and operated by your company, including joint ventures where your company holds a percentage of the facility.

The Compliance Date in RBA Online will be automatically populated for the period indicated in the first column. This data cannot be modified. The input fields labeled “Not in RBA Online” are available for adding information regarding offline activities that are not recorded in RBA Online. The last column will update automatically.

2. Direct Supplier Facilities: These are manufacturing sites owned and operated by companies within your supply chain. These primarily include sites owned by suppliers with whom you have a direct contract (tier 1 suppliers) but may also include any supplier sites from which your direct supplier sources components/parts.

Supplier data is pulled from the existing trading relationships established in RBA Online. Only major suppliers are included in the numbers on the Supplier tab. Any changes to the list of major suppliers will be automatically reflected in the Member Compliance Data. The process for setup a major supplier in RBA Online is described here: How to Setup a Major Supplier in RBA Online

3. Indirect Supplier Facilities: These are service providers who support the manufacturing process within your facilities, such as waste management suppliers, security guard firms, dormitory operators, and cleaning services.
